MEND Collaboration

In an effort to extend our reach into the local community, FSL/SAVE of Essex County collected food for MEND (Meeting Essential Needs with Dignity), an Essex County based non-profit that hosts 20 member food pantries throughout the county. Its hunger relief network, the largest in Essex County, has been providing food to individuals and families in need since 1980. MEND’s focus is on providing healthy food and services for Essex County locals. It is our hope to continue this partnership and serve as a resource for MEND in the future.
